Request Account & Data Deletion

At NoQ Technologies (silentworld.in), we respect your right to privacy and complete data erasure. In compliance with Google Play's Account Deletion Policy and India's DPDP Act 2023, you can easily delete your account and all associated personal data.

Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Open the NoQ app (or NoQ Partner app).
Tap on your Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll down to the Danger Zone section at the bottom.
Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.

Outcome: Your user authentication credentials, phone number, name, and profile are immediately and permanently erased via our automated database deletion procedure.

Option 2: Web / Email Deletion Request

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, send an email from your registered Google account to:

privacy@silentworld.in with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

Our Data Protection team will process your request and permanently scrub your data within 48 hours.

Data Types Deleted vs Retained

Deleted immediately: Full Name, Email, Phone Number, Device Security Hashes, Profile Photos, and Active Bookings.
Retained strictly for statutory compliance: Historical tax invoices / GST transaction records may be retained in anonymized format for the minimum period mandated under applicable Indian financial regulations.
